Customers have 30 days from date of purchase to return item for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in the original condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging. If items are not returned in the original packaging or with original tags still attached we can refuse to accept the return and refuse to issue any refunds or we will deduct 10% from your refund.
Customers returning items for a refund will be deducted £3.99 from their refund to accommodate the cost of the free delivery, as the free delivery we offer is only for customers keeping their items.
