Customers have 30 days from date of purchase to return item for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in the original condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Any returns the postage cost is to be paid by the customer. If non-UK customers require an exchange when returning the item they must also pay the postage costs for sending the replacement out.
